What is living soil?
Living soil is a growing medium full of active soil life – bacteria, fungi and other organisms. They break down organic matter and make nutrients available to the roots, step by step, as the plant grows.
In a classic mineral setup you dissolve nutrients in water and feed the plant directly, week after week. In living soil, the biology does that work. You keep the soil moist – the soil food web does the rest.
Pre-fertilised with an organic-mineral slow-release fertiliser. The soil life makes nutrients available over time.
No EC, no pH, no feeding chart. Fewer things that can go wrong – ideal for first-time growers.
Designed to work in 11 L containers for the whole cycle: less substrate, more space, easier handling.
A balanced living soil keeps conditions steady – fewer swings, less stress, fewer interventions.
After the harvest: loosen the soil and mix in 3–4 L Concentrate per 10 L of used soil.
One bag or one pot instead of a shelf full of bottles, meters and additives.
Water + Light.
That’s it.
Everything else is already in the soil.
Growing with bottled mineral nutrients means base nutrients, boosters, CalMag, pH up and pH down, a pH meter and a feeding schedule for every week. Miss a step and your plants show it.
Monster Soil works the other way around: the nutrients and the soil life are already in the soil. You only water.
Move the sliders and compare Monster Soil with a typical bottled mineral nutrient setup.

The soil food web
Every bag and every pot of Monster Soil is enriched with beneficial microorganisms. Together they form the soil food web around the roots.
Fungi that partner with the roots. Their network reaches further into the soil than the roots alone and helps the plant take up water and nutrients – in return the plant feeds the fungi with sugars.
Fungi that live in the root zone and help break down organic matter, releasing nutrients back into the soil. Widely used in horticulture as beneficial organisms.
Worm castings, peat, sphagnum and coconut fibre give the soil life food and structure – and keep the soil airy and moisture-retaining.
Our story
Monster Soil was developed over more than ten years by a master grower and seedbank owner from the Barcelona region – originally to bring out the best in his own organic genetics. Supreme turned that recipe into a ready-to-use concentrate and a pre-filled pot, so every home grower can work with it.
The result: a living soil that supports a plant through its full cycle in an 11 L pot – with nothing more than water and light.
Living soil can be used again. Loosen the used soil and mix in 3–4 L of Monster Soil Concentrate for every 10 L of used soil – and you are ready for the next grow.
A base of raised bog peat and sphagnum, worm castings, coconut fibre and perlite, balanced with lime and pre-fertilised with an organic-mineral slow-release fertiliser.
Added soil life: mycorrhiza, Trichoderma spp. and other beneficial fungi.
